help on tungsten / tungsten silicide selective etch

I am trying to find a selective etchant for W and WSix. The tungsten is
sputtered on silicon, and rapid thermal annealed to form a few nanometers of
silicide. To remove the unreacted W without etching the underlying
silicide, what wet etching could be used?
Thanks
