Shramik, Generally speaking by lowering the viscosity of the material that
you are spinning on you will be able to cast thinner films.  Accordingly is
you add an appropriate solvent to lower the solids and the viscosity
casting the film thinner will in all likelihood not be a problem at a
reasonable spin speed like 5K rpm.  Gary
