Hi Mohammed

I've had success decreasing the contact angle by spinning on a very thin
film of the same resist, and baking this layer hard (not too sure about
your resist, but bake it long enough so that it doesn't develop). Then
use your usual process for making the microlenses.

Hi all
I need to decrease the contact angle while reflowing microlenses. Can
somebody suggest a practical way of increasing the hydrophillicity of
Si-substrate wrt PR(AZ9260cp).

Mohammed Ashraf
