Hallo everyone,
I'd like to know whether there exists any kinda free software dedicated for
MEMS process simulation. My intent is merely to put my proposed procedure
into a sort of animated rendering instead of static listing in CorelDRAW.
It's definitely grateful, if you could lend me a hand in this issue.
