We mix a rhodamine tag in a molar ratio of 1:200 rhodamine:solvent.

Hi,
I am trying to pass a liquid with a flourescent dye(rhodamine 6g) to
get some images using confocal microscopy. But before doing that I
need to find the right concentration of rhodamine. To do that I am
using a Xenon lamp with a PIV filter. Both these are parts of an
inverted Nikon microscope. I would like get some info on Rhodamine 6G.
Some literature that I can refer to and also some starting
concentration to work with.
