Hi,
Until now I used Dimethyl(3,3,4,4,5,6,6,6-nonafluorohexyl)chlorosilane from
Sigma Aldrich to funzionalize Silicon or glass wafers before creating PDMS
stamps using softlithography techniques.A few days ago I found that Sigma
Aldrich doesn't produce this product anymore.Can you suggest to me a  supplier
that sells this product or equivalent?
