Hi

Sorry for my previous incorrected mail. I checked Micragem_userguide-Ver3_0 and
found the following properties were missing: Poisson's ratio, Co-efficient of
thermal expansion, Thermal conductivity and Temperature co-efficient for
resistivity (Jeta in some literature). I would apprecaite if any one can send me
those properties for Silicon that is used in Micragem or Single Crsystal Silicon
properties. I would appreciate if you could refer the source of information.
