I'm looking for alternative to arch chemical Photoresists.

we use HNR and HPR resists

our volume is low enough that currently we are wasting up to 80% of the because
shelf life is up.
Arch/fuijfilm sells their products in 4 liter batches, and make it 4 times a
year.

The performance of the product is good so I want a product that performs
similarly

our feature size is min~7um and we need excellent resolution. and liter or 500ml
volumes
