In terms of a "press" to push the devices together, your best bet is to
use an existing industry resource - wafer bonders such as the EVG520.

Subject: [mems-talk] laminate microfluidics

I am interested in making laminate microfluidic devices.

Does anyone have any suggestions for low autofluorescent glue layers?

Also, we need a press to put the devices together. Any suggestions for
presses?

Are there general references that would describe how to get started with
the process?
