Hi Jifeng,

You may want to coat your mold with "release" layer - very thin low surface
energy organic film, usually organosilane. It can be deposited on Aluminum
mold using vapor phase technique. You may use one of our MVD-100 tools in
the field, for example at UC Berkeley or Cornell University.
Please let me know if you need any help.

Hi, all,
I am working on the PDMS related project.
Right now, I met a problem that it is not easy to release the cured PDMS
from the Aluminum mold.
Is there any way to do that easily? Like some reagent or a Teflon layer on
mold?
Any idea about that?
 Thanks a lot.
 Best,
Jifeng
