How to release PDMS from Aluminum mold easily?

Instead of coating, you could try dropping the whole thing in a solvent
such as acetone, which will make the PDMS swell and pop itself off of
the mold. The swelling is reversible so just put the PDMS on a hot plate
to dry off and it will come back to its normal size.
