Mark,

In order to dilute from SU-8 2002 to SU-8 2000.1 using the SU-8 2000
Thinner I suggest you use the following calculations...

Solids content of sample (SU-8 2002)/ Target Solids content (SU-8
2000.1) * Volume of starting sample = Resulting volume

Resulting volume - Starting volume = required addition of SU-8 2000
Thinner...

For example :

If SU-8 2002 = 29% solids and SU-8 2000.1 was 4% solids, and the
starting volume was 100 ml, then

29/4 *100 = 725ml

And 725ml - 100ml = 625ml addition of SU-8 2000 Thinner

To Check 29%/725ml = 4%

By the way once you dilute the material yourself all warranties for the
product are voided....

The SU-8 2000.1, SU-8 2000.2, SU-8 2000.5, SU-8 2001 and SU-8 2001.5 are
available in ready to use form from us and may be a better option for
you for your thin applications such as direct write ebeam applications..

I hope this helps
