I am new to NEMS world.
Started doing a project for developing FIB sysytems for NEMS and MEMS.
The ion source is under developement. First to start with , we made ICP.
Beam is yet to be extracted.
wish to know anybody else is working/ experienced in this field.
Pls do reply to my e-id , if anybody is doing FIB systems.
