PDMS binding to GLASS

Hi:
One way around using the plasma, is to use an uncured PDMS solution sandwiched
between your PDMS material and the glass and cure it while applying a gentle
pressure. You can improve the bonding by cleaning the glass in a piranha
solution (to render it hydrophilic) and by using a PDMS material that is only
partially cured.

I have heard this is acid method to do this, but I've never found it.
