If you can use small pieces - i.e. 60X25mm you can try microscope cover
slides. They come in 150 and above thicknesses

Subject: [mems-talk] Thin soda lime glass sheet

Hi all,

I’m interest in very thin soda lime glass, 0.2 mm, but the most thin I

can find is 0.5 mm. I don’t know if this is some impossible thickens.
Can any body say something about this?
