Dear All,
I am intersted to measure the ampltude of vibration of a MEMS ultrasonic
transducer using a laser vibrometer. The typical frequency is 3MHz. Which
is the best vibrometer suited for this? I have seen Polytec AS400 model
but am not sure about the frequency.
