Hi

Look for diamond engraving bits - I get these from RS Components (in the
UK).
For smaller diameter bits I have sometimes used dental drill bits (or
burs). Have a look at Diama :
http://www.diamadental.co.uk/
I have only ever tried the spherical tipped burs but other shapes may
also work. You may have to contact them for the sizes - there is some
correlation with the code number but I can't recall what.
