Hi,

I am currently taking my first course in mems. I'm supposed to deliver a 30
minute oral report on the different types of pressure sensors, their advantages
and disadvantages, and their applications in the industry. The school here is
very new in this field and the library has nothing on the topic.

If someone can tell me where to start, for example: a review paper, a good
book, and if not, a paragraph. Any kind of help is appreciated.
