Crystallite size

To all,

Does anyone know if the crystallite size of a film is different for
different indices of reflection? In other words, if I calculate the crystal
size for a hkl = 110 reflection and for a hkl=001 reflection on MgO; am I
supposed to the the same result using Schemer's equation (i.e. CS =
k*lambda/FWHM * cos(theta))?

Thanks to all,
