Adhesion of Metal embedded in PDMS

Hi,

I am working on a project that involves embedding metals (copper/zinc) into
PDMS. The purpose is to have it be flexible. However, despite being
flexible, due to the weak adhesion between PDMS and the embedded metal, the
PDMS may just peel off. The metal is cleaned very thoroughly yet the problem
still occurs. It appears that metal does not adhere well to PDMS. Is there
anything to enhance the adhesion between PDMS and metal?

Thanks!
