Dear All,

Does anybody have coating thickness measurement facility in India ? We deposit
SiOx and other polymer films by PECVD method. Assumed coating thickness would
range between 0.5 - 1.0 micron.

Please let me know if there is some facility to measure the same at anywhere in
India.
