Lithium evaporation?

Hi Rais,

I have only just seen your response (over a year later). I am interested
in diffusing lithium into a 300 micron thick silicon substrate. As you
well know typical Lithium drifted silicon detectors are a few mm thick
however I am interested in evaluating the radiation hardness of thin
lithium drifted silicon detectors.

Unfortunately evaporation of Lithium is a messy and dangerous process
and I am not allowed to do it in my clean room.

If you are further interested please contact me directly for a more
detailed explanation on the project.

Cheers

James
