Hello All,

Does anyone have a summary of the current MEMS prototype and
production capabilities in the US?  I am particularly interested in
commercially available fabrication houses or "foundries".  I am
interested in bulk micromachining (including DRIE), LIGA (optical and
Xray) and surface micromachining.

If you could provide me with a list and POCs for the various
companies I would greatly appreciate it.
