Hello everyone,

I searched old posts about addressing this issue without any luck. Basically, I
have a Kapton sheet with electrodes on it and try to bond it with PDMS. I found
PDMS does not adhere to Kapton to form a stable bonding. Both PDMS and Kapton
are cleaned with acetone, IPA and DI water, dried and treated with O2 plasma for
1min and 5mins respectively. Can anyone shed some light on me?
