Dear MEMS community,
I would like to ask if anyone has experience of enhancing the adhesion
of gold or silver layers onto polyimide. I have tried plasma
modification of the Polymer surface and also chemical modification in
mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane but have met with limited success. If
anyone could steer me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
