Silicon Carbide MEMS Post-doc at Case Western Reserve University

A position may soon be available for a post-doctoral research associate in the
MEMS group at Case Western Reserve University. The post-doc will conduct and
oversee research into the fabrication of SiC-based electronic structures to be
used in SiC MEMS devices. Interested candidates should have experience in the
design, fabrication, and testing of SiC electronic devices. Experience in
depositing SiC films is desirable, but not required.
