Dear MEMS experts,

Could anyone tell me if PDMS can be made to be hard, not rubbery?
I have playing around with some Sylgard 184 PDMS elastomer,
but I keep on getting rubbery PDMS.

I also have a question about polycarbonate.  Is it possible to deposit it
just by pouring and opening (as in the case of PDMS), or does it require
injection moulding at high pressures?
