I am interested in finding out about any ongoing programs in the aerospace
controls application of MEMS.

I have read that MEMS have high potential for flow control, both external such
as in "optimizing" wing shape, and internal as in improving combustor flow. So
far I have not been able to get any concrete information on any research
programs addressing these areas. I will appreciate any information that I can
get.
