Hi,
     I am graduate student in the university of maryland, college
park. I am doing a project in displacement sensors that are used in
MEMS applications, especially Si micromachined strain sensors. I
would like to know about the recent developments in this sensor and
the market that this sensor has in the present world. It would be
very helpful if you could give me some information about these
sensors. If could give me some web sites where I could get download
some information, it would be very helpful.
