power supplies for mems devices

Hello,

I design and manufacture power supplies for electrostatic mems devices,
primarily low voltage (0 to 40V) and high voltage (0 to 200V) with PC
interface and GUI. Most of these have been for arrays of electrostatic mems
devices, up to 325 actuators. I would like to compile a database of power
supply requirements for mems devices to aid in future design efforts. Any
assistance in this area would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Robert Dean
