Dear MEMS community,

I am working on Ni-Al2O3 particulate composite high-aspect-ratio
microstructures (HARMs) using the LiGA process. Does anyone have
suggestion as to how to improve the uniformity of Al2O3 distribution and
adhesion of structures to the Ni substrates? I would appreciate your help.
