MEMS Journal for 'Shop Notes' ?

Is there a MEMS journal that will accept papers that are 'shop notes'
? What I mean by 'shop note' is a paper that discusses some small
practical item or aspect of a process or commonly used piece of
equipment ? The Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology A has a section
called shop note, where people publish these small, but very useful bits
of information or tricks to solve common problems. Rev. Sci. Inst, also
has a similar section. Most of these notes are less than a page in
length.

The reason I ask, is that I have some useful bits of information that
I think would be useful to the MEMS community, but they are not worthy
of full papers or offical letters. So, I am looking for an published
outlet for these pieces of information.
