Phil,

I was reading the e-mail archives at mems.isi.edu and saw that you had
posted a question about TMAH availability but didn't see any responses on
the list.  I'd be interested in knowing where you are able to get TMAH for
$100/500mL and if anyone has given a lead on a cheaper source.  I bought a
100mL bottle from Fisher for just over a hundred dollars so even the price
you found seems "cheap" to me.
