i'm working with the ti dmd's in a biotech application and had a couple of
questions. has anyone characterized the mirrors with regard to their
resonant or natural frequencies and does anyone know what kind of
electrostatic and mechanical forces are involved in their operation. we have
very crude estimates but are looking for some more reliable numbers than our
back-of-envelope calculations.
