You will need a GDSII conversion software marketed by "Artwork Conversion
Software Inc." - Phone (408)426-6163, Fax (408)426-2824. The Acad drawing must
be drawn in closed polygon without overlapping lines or points, otherwise the
translator program will not work.

I am using AutoCad to do some MEMS design work, and I would like to make use of
the MOSIS service. My question is how I could convert my DXF or postscript file
to either CIF or GDSII file.

I would greatly apprecita if anybody could provide a solution for me.

Thank you in advance.
