Dr. Olsson,

Corning has agreed to make this very thin PYREX wafer for you again. (4"
Diameter x 170 microns thick). You should have already been contacted by
customer service.

Large wafers that are very thin are difficult to machine, handle and ship. We
originally "no-quoted" this inquiry without looking into our records to find
that we have successfully made this before. Our apologies for this confusion.

Regards, Dan

> In one of our projects we have been using 4 inch Corning Pyrex 7740 wafers
with the thickness 170 micrometer. Unfortunately Corning can not deliver such
thin wafers to us anymore.

> Does anyone have such wafers is stock they are willing to sell to us? We need
about 25 wafers.
