I am looking for suppliers of Si wafer (110), p-type, resistivity 0.1-
0.001 Ohm.cm, above 3 inch , thickness
above 300um, one side polished. I want to buy small quantity
(about 20 pieces).
Does anyone know of companies that selling it with small quantity.
Any help is appreciated.
