  As usual, ran-into-problems-and-asking-for-help kind of situation.
  Here are the questions: What does chlorine CL2 does to photoresist ? What
kind of compounds do they form ? Is there any way that we can remove it ? If
yes, is it wet or dry and does it affect aluminum ?
