Dear colleaques,

we are looking for any advice which is the most simpliest
high throughput  method for
fabrication of large structures in a rustless foil.
Foil thickness of about 50 micron, patterns with a minimal
rustless linewidth
of about 30 micron over a few square centimeters large area.
