Hello

I am a student and now I am making diplom work about
polysilicon zenner diode.

And I need to know some constants about polysilicon. I
couldt find nothing in books. There is only about
simple monoslilicon, and when i use them the results
are very mystaken.

I dont know even if i can use standard equations about
polysilicon. But I hope they will work but with
different constants.

Now majorly I need carriers mobilty (for electron and
holes). Also will be very helpfull if I have intrinsic
concetration, dielectric constant (epsilon) and
diffusion lenghts (Ln and Lp) of polysilicon.

The polysiliocon is thick 4500A (= 0.45 micrometers).
It is poly-1 (not gate) used in HCMOS3 process.
