   I'm working on a research project that need paralyne coating on the 5"
wafer. Due to the limited funding in this project, does anyone know companies
that would do the paralyne coating in low quantity in lower cost? The coating
thickness range from 5-15 micro meter. Thank you for your input. Take Care
