How to get a pyrex wafer of below 250um thickness?

I am looking for pyrex wafer which has the thickness
of less than 250um. Originally, I want 170 um thick
pyrex wafer.
As far as I have found, I can get 250um thick pyrex
wafer.
If someone know which vendor sells that thin pyrex
wafer, please let me know.

Thank you.
