What about a (monthly) magazine such as mst news ('international
newsletter on microsystems and mems')? I don't know whether it is
distributed well outside Europe, but here I think most mems-related people
receive it or have access to it. Another possibility could be a column on
the web (e.g. on www.mems.isi.edu)...
