I'm interested in obtaining approximately ten 4" diameter SOI wafers with a
Si thickness of 50 um, and a buried oxide thickness greater than 100
angstroms.  The "handle" Si needs to be approximately 500um thick, but is
not particularly important.  I need these SOI wafers very quickly-within a
week if possible.  Please contact me directly if you can fulfill our
