I wish to spin Teflon AF 2400 (in FC-75 solvent) on a Silicon/Pyrex wafer.
Can I please get in touch with somebody who has done this.
I have some doubts regarding:
1. Spin Curve data.
2. Application of Adhesion Promoter.
