Hello to all,

I like to know what is the problem if one will use AlN target for AlN thin
film deposition using RF sputtering? I found in many literature that Al
target is used for deposition with different Nitrogen/Argon gas ratio. If
any one have some experience with AlN target then let me know. Thank you.
