Hi

have there been any MEMS applications in the area of acoustics? I'm thinking
along the lines of microphones and loud(quiet)speakers.
It may sound an odd request, but I was wondering whether MEMS would be
applicable to in-the-ear-canal hearing aids.
Any response would be welcome.
