I wonder if anyone knows how to pattern UV glue. I want to bond a thin
Au layer to Pyrex glass using UV glue. But I should first pattern UV
glue first to form two 50um wide 5um thick strips. How to pattern
them? Another question is whether UV glue will change shape when
touching the water or other liquids. Thanks.
