Emulsion Plates

We've been using Kodak high resolution emulsion plates (#1252386) as
masks for contact lithography. Our supplier (Imtec in Sunnyvale, CA)
has stopped selling them. I called Kodak and they say they have
discontinued making them. So, I'm looking for alternative products.

Does anyone use something similar? Our requirements are a high
resolution emulsion plate, 4" by 5", that is not sensitive to red
light, but is to green.
