Hi,
actually http://aveclafaux.freeservers.com/SU-8.html#top has the breakdown
voltage... since today :-) (actually it was discussed on the list some weeks
ago)
1.1 10^5 V/m from the measurement of Jim Thorpe
.
You may try to contact him, he may have measured the conductivity before the
breakdown :-)

"Subject: [mems-talk] Electrical Properties of SU-8
"
"
"I am looking for information on the electrical properties of SU-8,
"specifically electrical conductivity and electrical breakdown
"strength. I
"have already spoken with Microchem and they had no information on these
"properties. On the web site that is compiling all information known to
"mankind on SU-8, they had dielectric constant but that was
"about all for
"electrical properties. Does anyone have any data on electrical
"conductivity/resistivity and electrical breakdown strength?
"
"Thanks
